The daily tracking of symptoms like swelling and pain intensity with paper documents can be exhausting and contribute to the collapse of patients‘ motivation a difficulty in following the development of the therapy with the current means available.

Lylife solves this problem by offering a fully digital management system and educational support in the form of therapeutic video content, enabling effective self-management.

In this model, each individual plays an active role in their own therapy, and healthcare professionals have access to meaningful data with which to develop the treatments of tomorrow. Ultimately, this approach reduces healthcare costs by improving treatment outcomes.

Our solution in one App

We have put together all the support you need to feel safe in one digital app. This includes self-management education and digital tracking of swelling, pain intensity and other symptoms, supported by AI. It also facilitates communication with your doctor and physiotherapist and helps you to create more connections and support.

Who we are

LYlife is an early-stage start-up currently under development. It is driven by two designers specialising in UX/UI and product design, who share one mission: „create digital experiences that have a tangible social impact and genuinely improve people’s quality of life“.

The project grew out of the personal experience of one of our team members, who is a caregiver and mother to a patient living with a rare chronic condition. Confronted with the lack of adequate therapeutic support tools, she combined her technical expertise with her experience of hands-on caregiving to develop a service that addresses the genuine needs of patients and their families. Together, we design solutions that:

streamline therapy and day-to-day routines for patients;
provide families with continuous, practical support;
advance research by gathering meaningful data to enhance treatments;
raise awareness of chronic diseases that often go unnoticed.

Our goal is to use technology to create a connection between people and their well-being, providing intuitive and inclusive solutions that are deeply human.
